Dental Assistant I/II
Dental Assistant I/II
Youngblood Medical Staffing, Inc. is seeking Dental Assistants I/II for dental clinics in the Fayetteville area. As a Dental Assistant you will sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment, prepare and lay out the instruments required to treat each patient and maintain patient dental records. You will play a vital role in making each patient feel welcome and comfortable during their treatment. During procedures, the Dental Assistant will work with the Dentist to provide assistance and hand instruments and materials to the Dentist. The Dental Assistant will also complete and assist in other procedures such as x rays, suture removal, applying topical anesthetics, and placement of rubber dams.

Applicants must have a passion for patient care and customer service! Must be responsible and mature, have reliable transportation, and have excellent attendance and punctuality!

Interested applicants can fill out an application online. Dental Assistants I/II with certification/registration will be given preference. One (1) year of continuous work as a Dental Assistant is required. Dental Assistants with less than one year experience are encouraged to apply AFTER they have one year of experience.

This position will begin as a temporary position, and will most likely become permanent position after 90 days of successful employment.

Requirements
Dental Assistant NC certification/registration is preferred. Preference will be given to those with certification.

One (1) year of experience as a Dental Assistant is required.

Rate of pay depends on experience.

Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check, and drug test.
