AR Collector

 

This position is based out of the Corporate Office in West LA very close to Santa Monica.

 

The A/R Collector performs a variety of duties including but not limited to, electronic insurance billing, written and verbal correspondence regarding outstanding balances with the patients, running credit reports to determine credit worthiness, process refunds, enter adjustments and answer incoming phone calls. Controls past due balances by preparing and mailing past-due notices; suspending service to past-due accounts.Collects past dues accounts by locating and contacting customers; establishing repayment terms and schedules.Minimizes losses by referring un-collectable accounts to credit manager.Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.

Position Qualifications:Healthcare/Dental billing experience preferredCollection experience a plusDental experience a plusBilingual: English & Spanish strongly preferred
