For more information on Health Net, Inc., please visit the company’s Web site at www.healthnet.com  JOB SUMMARY: The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for performing data entry tasks and providing assistance to the department.  ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Enter data to support mail merge for initial provider application process. Complete additional data entry, as needed, for credentialing/re-credentialing mailings. “Pre-load” provider vendor files to facilitate payment of non-network claims. Create vendor records for payment of claims associated with sensitive accounts. Work PR Non-CIMS Claims queue. Assemble mailings, assist with filing, and perform other duties as needed.REQUIREMENTS: Education: High School diploma or equivalent. Certification/License: Experience:Minimum one year office experience. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Computer literate, including familiarity with Excel and AS400 database. Ability to maintain high volume data entry requirements. Ability to prioritize, organize work and work independently.
