Fox Hill, a brand new state of the art senior living condominium community, will allow independent seniors to own their condos while receiving all the hospitality features of a fine luxury hotel. The independent living senior condominium community is slated to open late autumn of 2008. Sunrise at Fox Hill, an 83 suite assisted living and memory support neighborhoods located within the community is planned for a January 2009 opening. DriverWe?re seeking several drivers to provide reliable and courteous transportation service to our residents with safety a top priority. The driver is responsible for providing safe, timely and courteous transportation for residents to and from various activities while providing quality service. Duties include operating and maintaining transportation vehicles with a focus on safety and customer courtesy; performing daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections; performing minor maintenance tasks on the vehicles when necessary; fueling the vehicles; ensuring that periodic scheduled vehicle maintenance is completed and reported; documenting customer usage; preparing trip reports; preparing accident and incident reports as necessary; assisting passengers and handicapped customers in and out of the vehicle; providing safety briefing to customers; and providing other services as requested by management when not engaged in transportation service. Qualified candidates must possess a dedication to seniors and a positive can-do attitude along with the following demonstrated skills:? High school or GED, must be a minimum of 18 years of age and possess and maintains a safe driving record? Must be able to get CDL (Commercial Driver?s License) and chauffeur license? Ability to drive a multi-passenger vehicle safely and appropriately, including ability to read and interpret road signs in English ? Ability to establish effective professional relationships with customers, co-workers, and upper level staff and employees? Ability to prepare concise and accurate records and report ? Extensive knowledge of the operations and features of assigned vehicle(s)? Ability to perform minor vehicle repairs ? Skilled in reasoning skills to interpret policies and procedures, maps, and route directions;? Ability to work weekends, evenings and flexible hours? Ability to multi-task, problem solve and demonstrate good judgment?
