Position Summary: Full time administrative authority, responsibility and accountability for the delivery of nursing services in the facility. Manage employees in the provision of care and services per professional standards of nursing practice, corporate philosophy and state and federal laws and regulations.EDUCATION: Registered Nurse with applicable license or eligibility. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.EXPERIENCE: 2 years in long term care with administrative experience preferred.KNOWLEDGE: Understands human life is of inestimable worth and every person is significant. The aged, the mentally handicapped, the physically challenged, and the unattractive are to be protected and respected regardless of what they can or cannot do.SKILLS: Strong interpersonal, leadership, organizational, and clinical skills
