Must have state insurance license, health, life or disability or be able to attain a state insurance license within 30 days of new hire status. Must have reliable transportation, valid state drivers license and proof of automobile insurance. Previous Managed Care HMO sales management highly desired or relevant experience. Relocation required to El Paso, Texas. Job Summary: This position will be directly responsible for the sales success in the assigned market. This position will manage a team of sales representatives, a network of brokers and both internal and external customers to position our health plan for sales achievement and success. This is a management position and will report into the Vice President of National Sales Distribution for Arcadian Health Plan.  The position is a salary and commission based position. Candidate will need to be a strategic thinker but most important be able to execute on designed plans, build and maintain broker relationships and execute on strategies to grow Arcadian’s business. The position will work closely with the Executive Director in each market as an equal and counterpart to build the success of the market as it pertains to the provider network.  Collaboration and team work skills are critical to the success of this position. Position will be managed to monthly sales targets. Job Duties: Â·  Daily management of sales production from sales teams both internal and external broker channels.·  Management of planning of activities in each market to promote low cost sales enrollment opportunities for Arcadian.·  Maintain all federal, state and CMS compliance requirements.·  Work closely with Executive Director to promote provider marketing and enrollment opportunities through conversion efforts.·  Monitor lead distribution and follow-up through internal sales teams and external broker channels.·  Work with Broker Support Manager on resolution of broker reconciliation reports to commissions.·  Complete all necessary reports and paperwork for employee records.·  Conduct daily and weekly sales meetings with staff and broker agents to identify production from each member of the team and set goals for the team to achieve weekly.·  Achieve all sales targets.·  Develop a self generated lead environment with the internal sales staff to promote referral business.·  Work closely with the Vice President of National Sales Distribution to develop a marketing plan and SWOT analysis for the assigned market.·  Represent the company at internal and external functions and present a professional appearance and attitude.·  Work closely with marketing staff to implement and execute on market specific advertising.·  Work closely with regional Broker Support Managers to ensure good broker rapport, satisfaction and production.·  Manage market budgets to ensure fiscal responsibility.·  Assist and oversee the training requirements and activities for both internal sales representatives and external broker agents. Job Skills:·  Must be computer literate. (Word, Excel, Power Point and Email)·  Must have excellent communication skills both written and oral.·  Must have excellent time management skills and be organized.·  Must have excellent follow up skills, phone skills and be able to train reps on new procedures as directed by Arcadian corporate.The Right Candidate:The right candidate will bring a can do attitude with an energetic motivational leadership style.  The candidate should have at least three years of experience in the MA industry working with broker sales channels.  This is a sales achievement position and your success will be measured by attainment of sales targets and a happy and motivated sales organization under your leadership.
