DIRECTOR OF REHABILITATION Orchard Villa, 164 bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility has current opening for Director of Rehabilitation. This position will be responsible for the operational oversight of a large, dynamic, and professional therapy department with a reputation for strong clinical and customer service skills. The rehab department has expertise in the area of Aquatics Therapy, Vestibular Rehabilitation, Lymphedema Therapy, and VitalStim Therapy with State of the Art Equipment including the Smart Balance Master, Nautilus Equipment, and the NuStep Exercise System. The facility also offers a tenured and stable management team known for its strong ODH survey history, JCAHO Accreditation, and Awards of Excellence from the Ohio Academy of Nursing Homes. Candidates must possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Experience in PPS Management of Rehab Services in high acuity skilled rehab facility with strong census history required. Salary commensurate with experience.
