DIRECTOR OF PROGRAMS

Director of Programs-FT Responsible for supervision of Employment Program Manager, Occupational Therapist, Therapeutic Recreation Manager, and Reese Site Manager. Coordinate with the program managers in the development, implementation and supervision of all services provided by the program(s). Implement planning appropriately as it relates to the programs. Direct the work flow by utilizing the resources and facilities available. Create and maintain a positive work environment. Organize resources to ensure effective delivery of participant services. Responsible for maintaining and monitoring program staffing levels. Participates in the agency strategic planning process. Master's Degree in Social Work, MSW with L.I.S.W. preferred. BA/BS in Social Work required. LSW certification required. Broad-based knowledge of social work skills, resources, community social service agencies. Ability to work with diverse personnel and skill levels. Excellent leadership skills. Strong communication skills (written and verbal) required. Demonstrates above-average organizational skills and attention to detail. Five years experience in social work and/or direct program services preferred. Experience with individuals with disabilities and/or aging conditions preferred. Valid Ohio driver's license, proof of insuarability, criminal background check, TB test and drug screen required.
