An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced, Human Resources professional at Cary Medical Center. The successful candidate must have a high level of management experience in the field of Human Resources along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively at all levels of the organization. The Director will be responsible for all aspects of the HR Department and will oversee support services.
The Director reports to the hospital CEO and serves as a member of the Senior Management Team. Cary Medical Center is a national leader in quality and offers a culture of compassion wrapped in advanced digital technology. The hospital is located in the heart of breathtaking northern Maine, a four season recreational paradise.
