Job Description  CLINICAL DIRECTOR

Community Teaching Homes, a recognized provider of quality treatment foster care and group home services for at risk children and adolescents, has achieved a 3 year CARF  Accreditation for our behavioral health  assessment, group and individual counseling services. CTH is seeking a dynamic individual who can lead the development of CTHBH to support a comprehensive continuum of care. The Clinical Director is responsible for the overall planning, implementation and oversight of clinical services. Directs agency compliance with certification, accreditation and funding source requirements, performance improvement activity and clinical records management. Conducts and/or supervises diagnostic assessments, individual and group counseling,  and the development of treatment plans. Supports a multi-disciplinary  approach to care that includes CTH placement providers, clinical staff, family, other services providers and the client .

Master's degree in related field with Ohio LISW, LPCC, 5 years direct service experience,  2 years providing supervision, and training or  experience working  sexual abuse victims and offenders.  Medicaid provider environment experience preferred. CTH is an EOE committed to diversity.  Salary based on relevant experience.
