Impact of work is most often at the team level.Qualifications: High school diploma required; undergraduate degree preferred. 3 years of experience as a customer service supervisor with HR responsibilities required. 3 years of Call Center experience. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required. Claims experience strongly preferred. Knowledge of medical terms preferred. Project Management experience preferred.
