If so Volt is looking for you to work at a customer location of ours. Main responsibilities for these positions will be researching and resolving telephone and written inquiries from customers. Candidates will be handling telephone inquires regarding benefits, eligibility issues for product, and following up on previous inquiries. In order to excel in these positions candidates need to have a strong customer service background in a call center setting, previous experience in a medical setting, and strong employment longevity.
