Customer Service Reps - Call (425) 673-1300Description: Are you looking for an opportunity to provide excellent customer service in a health care environment? If so Volt is looking for you to work at a customer location of ours. Main responsibilities for these positions will be researching and resolving telephone and written inquiries from customers. Candidates will be handling telephone inquires regarding benefits, eligibility issues for product, and following up on previous inquiries. In order to excel in these positions candidates need to have a strong customer service background in a call center setting, previous experience in a medical setting, and strong employment longevity. Requirements: An ideal candidate must have 2 years of call center experience, previous medical knowledge preferred. These positions require longevity with previous work history. Candidates need to have strong computer skills, ability to multi-task, and organize their own work load. This position requires the ability to work flexible hours between 6:00am-6:00pm.
