These positions are temporary positions with a possibility of lasting for several months to long term temp to hire!Customer Service Representatives are responsible for answering incoming calls from providers and members while ensuring a high level of customer service.MUST BE OPEN TO ALL HOURS AS SHIFTS WILL BE ASSIGNED AFTER TRAINING BASED ON PERFORMANCE!!!HOURS OF OPERATION: Monday through Friday: 7:00am to 10:00pmSaturday: 8:00am to 5:30pmDUTIES: Resolve basic types of customer service inquiries including: benefits, eligibility, member material requests, provider look up, and authorization calls. Excellent decision making, problem solving and organizational skills.
