We’re currently seeking three Full Time Customer Service Representatives!

 

Customer Service Representatives support the INR@home monitoring service (www.inrselftest.com)  by fielding inquiries from Internal and External customers (patients, doctors, sales reps, other depts. etc.), maintaining compliance (frequency of testing) with current patients, enrolling new patients into the system and following up by phone, ordering & coordinating shipment of testing equipment, etc.

For nearly three decades, Raytel Cardiac Services (www.raytel.com) has been the leader in Remote Cardiac Monitoring and Testing Services.  With the acquisition of Raytel by Philips, we’re anticipating substantial growth within the coming year.

Primary Responsibilities:Provide patients, physicians, region managers, manufacturer representatives and other department personnel with any necessary assistanceMaintain sound follow-up system for areas of responsibilityMaintain written record of all activity with patients in the databaseEnsure company compliancy to Medicare RegulationsInform customers about the company and its services.  Communicate with our customers by projecting a positive, patient, empathetic, helpful, courteous, cheerful, understanding and professional attitude.  Diffuse difficult situations and provide solutions to customers to reduce or eliminate issuesField customer/patient/physician inquiries and respond appropriately. Initiate research to solve patient problems and manage the inquiry from start to resolution, including updating the patient file.

To be Considered for this position you MUST HAVE:High School Diploma or equivalentSuperior customer service skillsP.C. literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office; fair typing skillsExcellent oral and written communication skills - articulate and empatheticExcellent phone skills – the ability to speak clearly and professionally with clientsExcellent work ethic supported by a solid work historyProfessional, service oriented attitude, even disposition, friendly personality and exhibits common sense.
