We are currently looking for a Billing Customer Service Representative II for our call center in Norristown, PA facility to be responsible for handling inbound calls regarding patient's billing inquiries in a production oriented high volume call center. 

Additional responsibilities include:

·  Handle high volume patient/customer phone inquiries concerning all areas of billing resolution including complex bill balances, payments, credit card payment, patient pricing, rebilling insurance companies and general customer concerns.

·  Process adjustments, refunds, transferring bills, mail returns and manual sales.

·  Evaluate and respond to all aspects of written billing inquiries from the patient or their representative, including but not limited to: billing insurances, updating invoices, problem solving billing issues and complex customer complaints.

·  Utilize expert problem solving skills to resolve complex billing issues and customer complaints, taking all available steps to resolve steps to ensure full resolution.

·  Maintain tracking log of all escalated patient correspondence, providing status updates to leadership as needed.

Our ideal candidate will possess:High school diploma or equivalent required1-3 years experience in call center Customer Service environment or equivalent.Customer Service Experience with strong verbal and written communication skills with emphasis on managing back to back interpersonal conversations.Proficient typing skills minimum 25 wpm and ten-key ability required. Ability to maintain accurate records.Demonstrated problem solving skills.  Proven ability to learn, retain and apply learned information in a multi-tasking environment.Strong ability to navigate numerous computer screens while conversing with customers on the phone.Willingness and ability to follow procedures, adhere to work schedule and attendance policy.
