We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative I for our Lenexa, KS location to be responsible for resolve all issues arising with insurance applicant orders from origination to completion of the order.  This position acts as a direct liaison between insurance companies, paramedical companies, insurance applicants and inter-company departments and is required to handle problem resolution for multiple product offerings.

 

The qualified candidate will possess: High School diploma or equivalent with 5 years of prior customer service experienceAccurate typing skills, 30 wpm minimumExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsDetail-oriented and accurate with names/numbersExcellent organizational and follow through skillsAbility to work independently with little supervisionGood problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesStrong ability to multi-task (with PC & Telephone)Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applicationsDemonstrated customer service skills
