Customer Service Rep - Contract Opportunity!

Our Healthcare client in the north suburbs is looking for several customer service reps to join their pharmacy team! This position focuses on support utilizing web-based systems, call center environment, fast paced, medical appropriateness for specialty pharmacy injectables. Team environment .50% telephone customer service, computer literate - MS office.This position is responsible for the routing and day to day communication with the nurse specialist of the referral requisitions for Specialty medications. The ideal canidate must have excellent communication skills and be able to handle tough patients.
