Crisis Outreach Professional/DMHP
Central Washington Comprehensive Mental Health is a not-for-profit, JCAHO accredited community mental health center and the largest mental health facility in Washington State, serving 10,000 clients in Yakima, Kittitas and Klickitat Counties. CWCMH currently employs more than 400 full and part time staff in eight locations. Some of our areas of treatment are: Child and Family Services, Geriatrics, Rehab, Foster Care, Domestic Violence/Sexual Assault, Addiction Treatment, Co-Occuring Disorders, School Based Services, Community presentations, Residential programs, Adult Day Treatment and Acute Care Services.
CWCMH is currently recruiting for Crisis Outreach Professional/DMHP's in our Yakima, Washington facility. Successful candidates will have a Master's Degree in social services or related field and two years experience and or training. Will consider a MSW with no years of experience. This position is responsible for providing crisis outreach services to clients experiencing acute emotional crises and providing mental health and substance abuse evaluations. Other duties also include providing pre-hospital screening for individuals seeking voluntary psychiatric admission to local hospitals. Applicant selected will be working rotating shifts.
