Thriving dermatology office seeking an excellent Cosmetic Patient Care Receptionist. Our cosmetic center is recognized for the highest quality and advanced care with outstanding patient satisfaction.
Due to our high level of care, the candidate must possess: Superior oral and written communication skills who enjoys patient interaction Medical/Cosmetic office experience Effective organizational skills Comfortable with patient education and marketing The ability to work as part of a team and self-starter The ability to deliver outstanding customer service in a stimulating environment Professional, mature and detail-oriented
Job duties will include but not limited to the following: Coordinates cutting edge cosmetic treatments Patient reception Financial transaction management/bookkeeping Phone triage Marketing and patient education Lead patient flow ensuring an excellent patient experience Acts as the liaison between waiting patients and Cosmetic Provider Occasionally rooming and assisting cosmetic patients
