Corporate Senior Director HR Operations

Job Description: Responsible for the overall activities related to union labor relations. Interact with the facility human resources directors and union representatives including union negotiators and their representatives as it relates to the collective bargaining agreements. Represent the organization in union negotiations and other activities related to labor relations and employment issues as necessary. Plans, organizes and directs the administrative and operations related to labor relations to ensure the best possible outcomes. Responsible for the contract administration of collective bargaining agreements. Assist Vice President of Human Resources with special projects related to HR operations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. Minimum 5 years experience in labor relations and 2 years management experience. Proven track record of success in labor relations including union negotiations. Knowledge in employment laws and defense activities as they relate to EEOC, DEFH complaints. Knowledge of federal, state and local healthcare regulations. Knowledge of HIPAA and privacy regulations. Possess excellent negotiating skills and able to communicate effectively with internal and external resources. Must possess excellent human relation skills and critical thinking skills. Possess strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task, and prioritize workload.
