Position Summary We are currently seeking a talented individual to recruit for a wide variety of positions from administrative to technical, both exempt and non-exempt classifications. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of recruiting technical candidates with a healthcare/clinical background. Candidate must have demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, ever changing, collaborative environment. Duties & Responsibilities: Candidate will have at least 2-3 years experience in a staffing agency environment and be well-versed in all aspects of recruiting including: • Full life cycle corporate recruiting for positions primarily within the Washington, DC Metropolitan area as well as other positions throughout the United States, Canada and UK • Partnering with hiring managers to obtain full position requirements • Drafting and editing detailed position descriptions • Developing sourcing strategies for these needs • Effectively utilizing sourcing tools to include internal referrals, internet search engines, technical job fairs and online/print advertisements • Sourcing and pre-qualifying candidates through telephone and email communication • Scheduling and conducting formal interviews • Establishing and using non-traditional, innovative recruiting methods to source candidates for difficult to fill positions • Tracking and weekly reporting on recruiting activities and results Education and Experience: • Bachelor’s Degree plus 2-3 years recruiting experience in an agency setting • Able to work professionally with clients and co-workers • Advanced knowledge and understanding of recruiting best practices The ideal candidate will also possess: • Knowledge of behavioral interviewing • Experience in a Human Resources setting • PHR Certification or prep courses to obtain PHR Certification • Experience with RecruitMax/Vurv/Taleo applicant tracking systems It is the policy of our company to provide equal employment opportunity to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, handicap or veteran's status, or status within any other protected group.
