Corporate Fitness Site Manager

Corporate Fitness Site Manager We are looking for the right candidate to manage our Burlington Corporate Fitness site. The Reach Site Manager is responsible for maintaining the quality and consistency of the health promotion programs. Program standards, guidelines, content, marketing, quality and consistency are established with the corporate client under the guidance of the Site Manager. The Site Manager ensures the development and implementation of fitness center, health education, and screening programs for the specific location; provides programs promotion; supervises staff; evaluates and reports program effectiveness to their Reach supervisor; ensures confidentiality of participant records; ensures maintenance of equipment and facility; and is responsible for program development, budgeting, and any special projects requested by the corporate client. Requirements: Degree in Exercise Science or related field with supervisory/management experience w/two or more years experience in Corporate Fitness. Certification: CPR / First Aid Automated Electronic Deliberator (AED) National Certification (ACSM, NSCA, etc) Responsibilities: Provide superior customer service for corporate members as well as client Work under the direction of a Reach supervisor to maintain quality and consistency of program offerings at the corporate location. Maintain a safe condition of facilities and equipment; oversee facility / equipment maintenance, and maintain records of equipment inventory. Create a positive, supportive and healthy fitness environment for clients, members and co-workers. Maintain a master schedule of programs and activities for the site. Develop quarterly plans and monthly participation reports for clients. Present, implement and evaluate quarterly plans for your location, including budgets. Supervise in-house programs and activities, provide health promotion and wellness programs on-site, and provide innovative and creative programs to ensure member participation and adherence. Increase and maintain new membership. Develop and implement a Fitness Center marketing plan- email, brochures, flyers, etc. Review publicity ideas with Reach supervisor. Understand and communicate Reach mission and goals. Have a working knowledge of the Reach way. Enjoy coming in to work every day and be part of a supportive and team oriented company.
