JOB DETAILS: Scheduled hours per week: 40.00, Begin and end Times: 8-5; Days of work: M-F SUMMARY: The Corporate Infusion Quality Specialist is responsible for facilitating the collection and analysis of CQI data from the Alaris Guardrails Drug library and for facilitating the development of action plans consistent with the principles of total quality management. A key role for the Corporate Infusion Quality Specialist is to assist OhioHealth facilities in achieving the highest quality and best possible outcomes from utilization of the Alaris Guardrails technology. REQUIREMENTS:MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSEducation, Credentials, Licenses: Pharmacist, Licensed in the State of OhioSpecialized Knowledge: Clinical practice experience in an inpatient care setting and Microsoft Office professional programs. (e.g., Excel) Clinical experience that includes management of quality/process improvement projects including analyzing data and action plansKind and Length of Experience: Three to five years experience and knowledge, or equivalent. DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONSEducation, Credentials, Licenses: Masters or Doctoral Degree in Pharmacy is preferred. Pharmacy residencySpecialized Knowledge: Knowledge of system-based methodology to improving patient safety and care.Kind and Length of Experience: Experience in project management of multidisciplinary team(s).
