Coordinator for Orthopedic Hospitalist Program
Delphi Healthcare Partners provides innovative long-term physician staffing and management solutions for hospitals and physician groups. Our expertise is developing and managing specialty hospitalist programs. We currently have a full-time position available for a Program Coordinator in Oxnard to oversee an orthopedic hospitalist program. The position will entail hands-on operations of the program including initial set-up, ongoing operation, and medical coding & billing. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years experience in the medical field based either in a medical office or a hospital. Experience in orthopedics ideal. Must have extensive knowledge of medical billing & coding.  Must have excellent communication and leadership skills to interact with multiple physicians, hospital staff/management, and patients.
