Coordinator,Physical Therapy- Early Childhood Services
The next step in your career! South Bay’s seeks a highly motivated Coordinator of Physical Therapy Services to join our Early Childhood Services team. In this role, you will coordinate and implement services for caseloads for the Division, provide direct physical therapy services utilizing a transdisciplinary service model to families, conduct visits and co-visits with clients and relevant collaterals in natural environments according to the needs of the child and family, consult with team members in the development of individualized plans and trans-disciplinary services for assigned clients and conduct assessments and provide family-based services as part of our dedicated team of specialists. Pediatric experience is preferred. Current licensure as a Physical Therapist by the Massachusetts Board of Registration of Allied Health Professions is required.
