Working at Fresenius means growing your career while making a difference. Responsible for successful development, implementation and management of contracts within assigned customer segments. Day-to-day administration of selected sales contracts, special offer letters, and related documents. Specific duties and objectives include: Supports negotiations with contract customers through the preparation of selected bids, sales contracts, special offer letters, and related documents. Prepare supporting analysis, including but not limited to Gross Margin Analysis reports. Responsible for reviewing bids for accuracy; and as necessary second and/or third review of all bids and/or contracts for accuracy, highlighting omissions. Ensure that contract documents flow through the defined contracts management process in a timely and accurate manner. Develops appropriate relationships and communication with internal contacts, including but not limited to, Sales, Marketing, Reimbursement and Accounts Receivable to ensure that contracts are appropriately developed and/or updated. Assist with more complex contract management tasks such as pharmaceutical agreements, distributor relationships and national accounts. Participate in conference calls with Sales and Associates or Bachelors degree from an accredited university required, up to 2 years professional experience Industry and/or paralegal experience and experience with Medicare Part D and Part B preferred. Previous experience in a business environment, preferably in an administrative role, preferred. Fast-paced environment, require flexibility and ability to re-establish priorities as necessary. Demands during peak periods may require work hours outside of normal working hours. Excellent written and oral communication skills required. Strong computer skills a must, including Microsoft Word and Excel required. Familiarity with Power Point and relational database software packages is also preferred.
