Contracts Administrator

ProPath, a high volume, pathology practice, located in Dallas, Texas, is seeking a Contract Administrator.  You will be responsible for researching and securing key managed care contracts to increase ProPath’s network participation on a regional and national basis.  Responsibilities include negotiation, oversight and servicing ProPath’s managed care contracts, including contract review and implementation, revenue projection, credentialing, claims resolution, etc. as well as represent ProPath at various trade shows and managed care conferences.  You will work in a provider relations capacity acting as a contact for clients and our sales team regarding contract and billing questions.  There is about 50% travel in this position. 

 

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospital Administration, Finance or related field.  Background in claims analysis, managed care contracting or related field is necessary.  Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills needed.  Pathology and laboratory experience desirable.
