The Contracting Associate wil be responsible for taking the initiative and having a working knowledge of HIPAA EDI enrollments and Merchant Boarding. They will also need to understand standard Business Operations procedures so that they can apply existing procedures (with minor modifications) to resolve complex/exception enrollments and/or tasks. They will need to assist and interact with Sales Operations and Customer Service to fulfill status requests on Enrollments or resolve enrollment issues. They will assist and take initiative in identifying, assessing and resolving complex issues and/or problems. They will also escalate issues with faced with complex problems.


Responsibilities:

· Completing SalesForce contracts based on Schedule A’s as received and send them to Implementation

· Templating Payer Forms using Adobe Acrobat Professional

· Creating and Editing SalesForce EDI Enrollment Objects

· Submitting Payer Forms to the Payer and Trading Partner

· Calling Payers for EDI Approval

· Proofreading merchant applications

· Entering merchant applications

· Submitting Merchant Applications to NOVA

· Creating Coversheets for Payer Forms using Adobe Acrobat

· Doing Network Management in Excel
