Contract Recruiter
Stable Organization is seeking a Stellar Recruiter. This is a 3-6 month Contract Opportunity. Position will be responsible for recruiting corporate positions. The successful candidate will be customer service focused and experienced in all facets of recruitment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for full-cycle recruitment of corporate positions. Partner with hiring managers to create recruitment strategies. Review resumes, interview candidates, and make recommendations for possible placement to hiring managers according to company policy. Will conduct direct sourcing, Internet mining, and networking campaigns to fill positions. Maintain the applicant tracking system.
REQUIREMENTS:
BA/BS a plus. 5-7 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, in a Corporate Environment. Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office programs and any other related software.
