Contract Healthcare Recruiter Needed – West Coast Vibra Healthcare, a growing owner and operator of rehabilitation and long-term acute care hospitals, is currently seeking a Contract Recruiter for its 7 facilities in the Western Region. Reporting to the VP of HR, he/she will be responsible for recruiting for Full Time Clinical and Non-Clinical positions as designated by the hospitals. This position will begin in mid-October and run through the end of January with the possibility of going permanent. This position will be home-based and the recruiter must live within the greater Los Angeles area. Candidates must have their own computer and internet access to be considered. Access to job boards, resume databases and our applicant tracking system will be provided. Qualified candidates will possess:- Minimum of two years recruiting experience in a hospital environment- Proven ability to proactively source and attract qualified candidates- Successful track record of hiring for hard-to-fill positions- Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision- Strong attention to detail - Ability to juggle multiple priorities- CHCR or AIRS certification a plus!
