Through these growing services and its drugstores, Walgreens plans to keep people healthier and more productive through 10,000 points of care by 2012.Essential Skills:Responsibilities: Successfully source, screen, and interview qualified applicants for the staffing needs of multiple corporate departments. Corporate Contractor will generate qualified candidates through cost-effective efforts (i.e., alternative sourcing). Will develop knowledge of the marketplace to ensure competitiveness in hiring; Will coordinate interview process; Ensure compliance with EEO/Diversity program. Serve as communication liaison for everyone involved in staffing process. Accurately report and track candidate data as requested. Participate in special projects/task forces as assigned; Experience on Behavioral Interviewing techniques preferred. This position will support Walgreen corporate and Walgreens Health Services positions.Qualifications:BA/BS degree in Human Resources preferred; must have the ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks at one time; Knowledge of multiple recruiting sources with mastery in one or more. Proven understanding of Recruiting and sourcing concepts, AIRS, Boolean etc. Proven ability to handle multiple projects; Previous database/recruiting software experience preferred (various Applicant Tracking Systems, Peopleclick).Microsoft office experience preferred.This position will be working on-site in Deerfield, IL (required) and responsible for the creation and delivery of recruitment strategies to meet the hiring needs of the Walgreen Company.
