Continuous Improvement Manager
Job Description:Fortune 500 Company is seeking Continuous Improvement manager to provide line operations support and leadership for manufacturing performance improvement, provide engineering solutions to support the execution of business projects and project management. The incumbent will also provide manufacturing direction for medical device manufacturing to meet regulatory requirements and coordinate multiple functional areas to ensure efficient operation of the business sectors manufacturing facilities. He/she has broad operations responsibilities for global product and process management and will provide consultation for management of capacity and technically complex manufacturing processes. Job Requirements: A minimum of eight (8) years of work experience in a similar role within a medical device manufacturing facility Bilingual (Spanish) Lean Manufacturing work experience Thorough understanding of all plant functional areas and their interaction, and an understanding of staff activities Up to 70% travel required.
