Services offered by the company include pharmacy network contracting, rebate contracting and administration, mail order pharmacy facilities, specialty drugs and retail drug claims processing.  The company is one of only three in the United States to have received URAC dual accreditation and provides clinical services to help its clients provide cost effective, quality-driven results.  The company is part of Pharmacy Services group, within Enterprise Services, a family of UnitedHealth Group businesses dedicated to improving the health and well-being of Americans.    The Content Development Associate is responsible for the development of content as it relates to Request for Proposals (RFPs), assist with the development and maintenance of procedures, tools, and tracking systems, and the development of concept papers and other written materials for Business Development Administration.    Primary Responsibilities:Develop content for proposalsAssist the Senior Manager(s), Proposal Development with the development and maintenance of procedures and tools used in the Business Development Administration departmentDevelop concept papers and other significant written client communicationAssist Senior Manager(s), Content Development Develop and write content for proposals following document deliverable guidelines, pricing guidelines, operational recommendations and assessments, RFP materials, and general business development guidelinesBe consistent in Content development for style presentation, consistency with algorithms, RFP materials, and i3 Research goals, targets, and capabilitiesDevelop concept papers and other written client communicationAssist in developing and maintaining new and historical operational benchmarksAssist in maintaining and updating proposal templates and formatsAssist in developing and maintaining systems, tools, and resources for proposal creationAssist in maintaining departmental electronic/paper files, and informational databasesAssist as needed in the development of other written materials in all areas of Business Development AdministrationAssist as needed in all areas of Business Development and Business Development Administration Qualifications: 2 years of experience working with RFPs is essential for this position 2 years of experience in the healthcare industry experience A background in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) is preferred We also value candidates with direct experience with proposals MS Office experience is necessary, and PMAPS experience is preferred Project management experience is a plus, as is exposure to clinical programs within an RFP environment If you meet these criteria, and you work well as part of a team, this promising position could be the perfect opportunity to advance your career  UnitedHealth Group offers a full range of comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental and vision, as well as a matching 401k and an employee stock purchase plan.   Diversity creates a healthier atmosphere: equal opportunity employer M/F/D/V.
