JOB DETAILS: Scheduled hours per week: 40.00, Begin and end Times: 8-5; Days of work: M-F SUMMARY: This position provides support for the activities of the Compliance Function, under the direction of the Director-Billing Compliance. As such, this position helps to ensure coding and billing for patient services are in compliance with standards for participation in governmental programs as well as meeting the contractual obligations of non-governmental payers and provides an audit function to ensure compliance. REQUIREMENTS:Certification in at least one of the following: CPC, CPC-H, CCS, CCS-P, RHIT, or RHIA. Associate's degree. 2 yrs clinical experience. 5 yrs coding experience in HCPCS, CPT and ICD-9.
