The Transplant Department at AEHN is currently looking for a Compliance Auditor to join their team.
Albert Einstein Medical Center is a teaching hospital offering a full range of advanced health services to the Philadelphia community and beyond. We are located at 5501 Old York Road and are proud to offer a Level I Regional Resource Trauma Center and a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Einstein Medical Center has more than 600 primary care doctors and specialists on staff, with an additional 1,200 affiliated physicians.
In this position you will perform:
Regulatory compliance and process expert for the Division of Transplantation Maintain a thorough knowledge of all UNOS, CMS and third party payer regulations Provides ongoing guidance, updates and education Evaluate current administrative and clinical systems and processes to determine adequacy Designs annual compliance plan that incorporates new or developing practices and regulations, systems and outcome measure evidence and organizational goals Develops data definitions, elements, metrics, queries and reports and oversees data monitoring and reports Conducts analyses, makes recommendations, designs and implements action plans Safeguards the quality of care and the integrity of the program Facilitates quarterly QAPI meetings and transplant patient listing meetings including agenda development, minutes, assignment and tracking of follow up items, subcommittee work and schedules
If you possess the following qualifications, please apply immediately:
Current Pennsylvania RN license required Strong medical terminology Minimum of 5 years clinical and 1-3 years of healthcare management and leadership experience including a quality assurance background Clinical experience in Transplantation or Critical Care preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office, LANs, and database utilization Ability to perform advanced analysis of information Strong organizational skills required
