In 2005, Virtua was among the top three winners and among the top 15 in 2004. Bachelor's degree in Human Resource or related area. CCP highly desirable. Requires significant knowledge of compensation policies, practices and procedures. Minimum of 7 years of compensation experience. Knowledge of HRIS systems, and MS Office programs. Excellent and persuasive oral and written communication skills. Proven leadership, strong relationship builder and conflict resolution skills.
