Compensation HRIS Support Analyst

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Compensation HRIS Support Analyst. Under the guidance of the Compensation Analyst, the Support Analyst completes and analyzes salary survey comparative data; develops projections of cost impact of grade and wage changes. Evaluates new/revised positions; establishes position data in systems. Maintains job information in HR and Payroll systems. Designs and provides queries and reports from human resource information systems. Runs monthly and ad-hoc reports as requested.
Education Required: Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience. Education Preferred: Master's degree in related field. Experience Required: 1 - 2 years HR related experience with advanced skills in Word, Excel, and Access.
