Compensation & HRIS Analyst
My name is Stephanie Magana and I am an Executive Recruiter with RemX Specialty, a nationwide recruiting firm located in Arizona. Although we have not spoken directly, I thought that based upon your experience you would be interested, or know someone who would be, in a position we are currently representing in the US. Our client is specialty pharmaceutical company in the United States focusing primarily on the treatment of dermatological and podiatric conditions and aesthetics medicine. The Company is dedicated to helping patients attain a healthy and youthful appearance and self-image. Branded prescription products in a number of therapeutic categories, including acne, fungal infections, psoriasis, rosacea, seborrheic dermatitis, and skin and skin-structure infections. The opportunity available is for a Compensation & HRIS Analyst to be located in Phoenix Metropolitan area. This person will directly report to the Executive Director. Key responsibilities Provides day-to-day compensation support to the business; assists managers in development of job descriptions; evaluates new positions for pay grade and bonus targets. Acts as HRIS Super User. Responsible for maintaining and managing the integrity of data within the HRIS. Provides support for HRIS upgrades and modifications; conducts testing and completes user updates. Ensures accuracy of data and data integrity through regular audits and analysis of data integrity issues; identifies areas to increase effectiveness and efficiency. Documents all HRIS processes. Compile and analyze data to support HR strategic initiatives. Analyze and monitor HR related metrics. Provides reports to end-users. Ensures the competitiveness of the company's compensation program by selecting and participating in salary surveys. Benchmarks positions, analyzes and evaluates survey data. Maintains salary structures. Conducts analysis to ensure internal pay equity and external competitiveness. Reviews pay practices and consults with management regarding compensation issues. Ensures compliance with state, local and federal laws and regulations, company policies and procedures by adhering to corporate systems, policies and governmental regulations; advising management on needed actions. Review of state/federal regulations and laws affecting wage & labor issues, awareness of compensation trends and new developments and the assessment of the impact of these issues on current and future compensation plans. The ideal candidate MUST have 5+ years of experience. Bachelor’s degree. Requires advanced Excel skills and high attention to detail. Experience using SAP HCM preferred. Excellent verbal, written communication skills, listening and presentation skills. Self motivated and resourceful. Extremely enthusiastic, motivated, entrepreneurial and aggressive. Flexibility with 50 hour work weeks.
