Community Relations Director
At Emeritus Senior Living, we believe each member of our team makes a difference. Put your sales and marketing experience to work as a Community Relations Director. You'll work with our Executive Director to increase occupancy and revenue by implementing your proactive sales skills and abilities. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business/Communications or related field preferred. - Sales - inside and outside experience preferred. - Experience in a retirement, nursing home, or assisted living industry. - Organized team player with the ability to multi-task in a team environment. - Proven skills to work independently; be self motivated and goal-directed. - Excellent interpersonal skills. - Sales database management experience preferred. - Able to work full time, with regularly scheduled weekend hours. - Computer proficiency. - Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors and the general public. - Must meet all health requirements, including TB, and pass background checks. - Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
