Areté Sleep Health is currently seeking temporary Collection Coordinators to join our expanding Team! 

Collection Coordinators are paid a base hourly rate plus commissions (paid biweekly) and will work full time or part time hours in the afternoon and/or evening.

The Collection Coordinator is responsible for:

- Placing outbound phone calls to patients with outstanding account balances. 

- Collecting on account balances or setting up payment plans with patients.

- Processing payments using an online payment processing system.

- Tracking calls and daily progress.

- Providing overall support and customer service.

- Performing other duties as required.

 

Position Requirements

- A High School Diploma (or equivalent).

- 1+ years of medical and/or collections experience.

- 1+ years of customer service experience a plus.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Excellent customer service skills.

- Must be professional, responsive, and possess a high degree of detail-orientation and self-motivation.

- Must possess a high degree of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality with HIPAA guidelines and patient matters.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Web applications.

- Ability to type proficiently (35+ wpm)
