Collection Specialist (Bad Debt) - Columbia

THE OUTSOURCE GROUP is a rapidly growing Receivables Management Company.  We are experiencing continued growth and expanding our Columbia, MO office. 

We need COLLECTION SPECIALISTS because of new business in our Bad Debt Department.

Collector Responsibilities Include: Working with debtors in resolving outstanding issues and securing payment arrangements on monies owed. Processing payment information via the telephone. Resolving disputes and maintaining accurate records within our collections system.

Collector Requirements Include: We currently seek self-motivated, results-oriented individuals with previous experience in consumer collections. A full understanding of FDCPA and FCRA guidelines. A working knowledge of HIPAA guidelines and familiarity with a dialer environment is a plus. Bi-lingual (read and speak SPANISH) a plus!!  A premium will be added to the regular rate of pay for bi-lingual collectors.
