Coding and Data Integrity Specialist

We are currently seeking a Coding and Data Integrity Specialist.


The primary function of this position will be to support the Data Integrity department in the monitoring, maintenance and entry of content into our products.

ResponsibilitiesMaintain WebWatcher program and update bookmarks as necessary Monitor websites that are on the WebWatcher and communicate any changes to appropriate DIS staff. (Carrier and FI Bulletins, NTIS CCI Edits, CMS IOM’s and NCD’s, etc.). Non-complex data entry duties. This may include, but not be limited to any of the following activities:

Ø Downloading documents from the Internet

Ø Copying, pasting and reformatting documents as necessary for data entry

Ø Entering documents into CC Knowledge content using the CC Admin tool according to documented procedures

Ø Creating HTML hooks within documents

Ø Re-formatting documentsAdding other, non-policy CC Knowledge content using the CC Admin tool according to written guidelines

QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED equivalent.6+ months of previous clerical support experienceExperience with Microsoft® Office products such as Word, Excel, Internet Explorer and OutlookExperience with using Internet for research purposesAbility to work well in a team environment.Basic Internet research skills.
