Coding Analyst - Seattle, F/T

SUMMARY: Analyzes, codes, abstracts, and compiles clinic data. Supports and provides compliance and coding training to physicians, clinic personnel, and corporate auditing and billing staff. Responsible for reviewing patient documentation in order to assign the appropriate ICD-9-CM/CPT codes to diagnoses andprocedures.QUALIFICATIONS: CPC, CCS-P or equivalant and 3-5 years coding experience working in a large multi-specialty clinic. Audt and provide education to providers. Analyzze trnds and work closely with the A/R staff. Proficient in Word/Excel, NextGen a plus. Desire to be in a leadership role beneficial.
