Clinical Pharmacist position in Chicago!

GLC Associates has an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Pharmacist to work at this prestigious hospital in Chicago.  Dayshift hours but must be willing to work one evening shift a week.  No overnights.  Hospital experience is a plus.  Competitive compensation and full benefits package.  Monitors drug therapy and offers cost effective alternatives, as appropriate. Participates in drug formulary development and implementation, and policy formation. Serves Routinely communicates with physicians, nurses and patients regarding drug therapy. Participates in interdisciplinary teams as assigned.



Requirements
Qualified candidates will have either a Pharm D with a current Illinois Pharmacist license as well as a Residency.
