We serve a diverse customer base within the health care community, including health care payers, providers, employers, pharmaceutical companies, consumers, workers’ compensation and auto liability insurers, and government agencies.    Primary Responsibilities:   The Clinical QA/Trainer is responsible for all aspects of quality assurance and training within the Prospective Claim Review department of Anti Fraud and Recovery Solutions. Performs training, conducts audits and provides feedback to reduce errors and improve processes and performance. - Trains and reviews the work of others. Develops innovative approaches to training and quality assessment of Clinical staff. Sought out as expert. Serves as a leader/ mentor.Qualifications: Nurse and/or Certified Coder (CCS-P, RHIT, or RHIA) is required.
