Clinical Systems Trainer

Trainer:
As part of the project management team, you will participate in the design, development and delivery of clinical systems training programs to MJHS staff. You will supervise and conduct training and hands-on user support for clinical field staff, work with software vendor and Information Systems staff to analyze changes in software and address training needs, work with instructional designer to develop training materials for eLearning modalities, evaluate effectiveness of training and analyze system use and recommend improvements.
Qualifications:
BS required; Master’s Degree in Nursing Informatics, IS, Education or Business preferred. 3-5 years experience in systems analysis, implementation and/or training required. Home care experience as a field nurse preferred. RN License preferred. Strong analytical and training delivery skills. Ability to write and develop training curriculums and workflows. Excellent project coordination skills. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite. Experience in clinical healthcare and health information systems preferred.
