Clinical Staff Pharmacist (PRN)

Infusion therapy, for specific disease states, is provided by collaborative care teams, which combine the skills and expertise of the physician, pharmacist, and nurse to benefit the patient.  Our team approach enables us to employ the latest advancements in ambulatory care, parenteral therapies, research and medical technology in an effort to offer medical care in the most efficacious, safe and pleasant environment. 

 

Qualifications:

o  IV Infusion Experience

o  Clinical Patient Management

o  Excellent Communication Skills

o  Home Infusion Background a Plus

o  Infectious Disease Background a Plus

 

Manage Daily Operations of Site Including:

o  Patient Management

o  Drug Review Preparation & Dispensing

o  Patient Counseling

o  Clinical Monitoring Which May Include:

§ TPN Monitoring

§ Pharmacokinetic Monitoring
