The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience, one of which is in community, home or private duty care. In addition to great nursing skills used in assessing clients and writing care plans, this position has oversight responsibility for all caregivers providing services to our private pay geriatric and other populations. Some hands-on care will also be part of this important position.

 

Supervisory duties include orienting, training, counseling, mentoring, motivating and coaching, all toward ensuring the highest quality of care and customer service attention possible.  In addition, your excellent interpersonal and people management skills will ensure that the right caregiver is always matched to the most appropriate client.

 

As a plus, because our business is private duty, there is no OASIS or other arduous paperwork demands!

Job requirements:

Current MA license, LPN or RN

Two years of nursing experience, with one year in home health, private duty, community or geriatric care

Supervisory experience

Leadership qualities

Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service focus

Keen problem solving skills

Computer knowledgeable
