Clinical Managers – Dialysis
For Acute & Chronic Programs
Positions are available in Castle Rock, Colorado Springs & Pueblo, CO
Responsibilities:
Seeking an experienced leader in dialysis who believes that well-trained, skilled employees deliver the best patient care. As Clinical Manager of Dialysis you will oversee the dialysis staff, ensure safe and effective therapy, develop a team focus, coordinate education and monitor budget processes. You will be responsible for maintaining the operation of our dialysis facility in accordance with all regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
• Current Colorado RN licensure
• Baccalaureate and CNN preferred
• 12 months management experience.
• 18 months’ experience caring for ESRD patients
• Strong management and leadership skills
• Excellent communication, customer service, team-building, and decision-making abilities
• A desire to provide the best care in dialysis
