What you’ll be doing: Building and maintaining research resources and structures needed to facilitate and support a full-scale nursing research program.
This includes defining nursing research priorities, providing direction of research activities, and collaborating and consulting with members of the nursing staff on research projects.
With a specialty in nursing research, you'll serve as an expert resource and mentor for staff and provide leadership in promoting nursing research as a strategic initiative of the nursing division.



What you’ll need to be successful: Five years of acute care experience and two years of research nursing experience required.
Master's degree and valid NJ RN license required.
Doctorate preferred.
